CHALLENGE
Yamaha Motor Italia contacted us to improve its image on the social channels of official dealers, brand ambassadors at national level.
STRATEGY
Continuous coordination, consultancy and training of dealers participating in the project were key elements in the development of the strategic plan. The result is a proactive consultancy and "tailored" management system, through which we constantly monitor the digital approach of the individual dealers participating in the project. This also allows the design of profiled and original editorial content, in line with the objectives of the brand and individual dealers, integrating them with those shared by the official Yamaha Motor page.
RESULTS
Thanks to our coordination, the centers have acquired new digital skills. Through personalized training, they were able to use effective tools to grow their online business.
